As we reach the end of the year, before all of the obligatory Christmas newsletters and updates start appearing, we thought we would get ahead of the curve by sharing some exciting news (call it an early Christmas present) or affectionately named in our office a “Cryspmas” present.

This year has seen some unprecedented changes in the way that the workplace has had to respond to the pandemic. At Crysp, having daily engagement with professionals across the United Kingdom, we have seen the many challenges that our customers in organisations have had to face, and the way they have faced a multitude of challenges has been inspiring. The office is far from dead, despite what might be said about it in the media, and we believe 2022 will see the continued reinvention of the workplace that is more understanding of the issues that truly matter to our society.

Our focus as a company in 2022 is to double down on spreading the word of Crysp, engaging with our customers at every opportunity, further developing our partnerships and hiring talented people who are passionate about making a difference.

We absolutely understand what your organisation needs from us and we are very much looking forward to working with you in 2022 and beyond.

Best in class compliance management platform

We continue to invest in our property compliance platform with a number of significant improvements due for release before we all finish for the Christmas break. Our further investment has been inspired by the incredible feedback from all of our existing customers across all sectors.

Over the next few weeks and into the early new year we will be inviting you to 1-2-1 onboarding sessions so you can learn about the new feature enhancements and product development. To give you a little taster, here are a few insights:

1) Content (Central location for all of your key documents and critical policies)

Our upgrades to content will provide increased accountability so that you will know who, and when, critical information has been accessed by in the portal.

Based on feedback from our customers we have also made some user interface improvements that further enhances the overall experience.

Accessibility for content sharing has also been greatly enhanced allowing you to share key policies and documentation faster with the rest of your organisation or to external / third party contractors.

2) Forms (Digitise existing paper based /analogue workflow into digital work streams)

The critical update for this release is the reporting functionality on forms allowing customers to create reports and share both internally and externally. This will provide key functionality to those that need to provide more in-depth and regular reporting on compliance lifecycle issues.

Like the content feature, we have also taken on-board customer feedback and made several improvements to the user experience which makes it even more easier to create digital work flows and forms in a no code environment.

3) Compliance items (Traffic light system, never miss a critical update in your compliance lifecycle)

Based on customer feedback we wanted to take compliance items further, and give customers more power to provide more insight & context for individual compliance items. This includes all new time stamps and item by item countdown timers. Plus for the first time you will be able to take real time reports from your active compliance lifecycle.

4) Infrastructure and security (Secure UK based cloud security)

We are continuing to work with our development team in making further strategic investments in our cloud infrastructure. As we work in a variety of sectors with various degrees of security and data requirements our cloud investments will continue in 2022 and beyond.

5) Analytics  (Seek powerful data insight and reporting from your portals usage)

In early 2022 we will begin the rollout of our new insights feature that will allow customers to monitor and development employee engagement strategies around portal usage. We plan to do this cautiously and in the spirit of further collaboration with our customers. If this is something you would like to be involved with please get in touch us.

It goes without saying that we are always open to new ideas, and all feedback is incredibly valuable to us. Also we have a very proactive referral scheme that we encourage you to share with your wider network. You can find out more here.

With that said always feel free to get in touch with us on info@crysp.co.uk

With kind regards, The Crysp Team
