Why partnering with Microsoft is a game changer for our clients

When Crysp was in the development stage, before we started to build anything, we knew that we wanted to make our clients lives easier and more interconnected with the solution we would eventually create.

For the digital transformation provider, the biggest challenge to widespread adoption of any new digital tool or process is the actual human adoption of those new systems and processes.

Co-Founder Pete Mills comments “Joining the Microsoft Partner program was considered early on in our development planning but as a business we are very much focused on the customer demand and feedback loop, and so it felt appropriate that we would be guided by that feedback once we went live.

The opportunity to develop the first integration with Microsoft has come from one of our first Multi Academy Trusts, Trinity MAT who use Crysp to digitally manage school properties, asset management and school PPM schedules. Trinity COO, Peter Knight, co-sponsored the development of the integration to create a seamless log-in process for all of the 1000 staff - operational team members and teachers who will need to have access to the Crysp platform.

We are really excited about this development and the start of our Microsoft integration journey. For existing and new clients alike this will mean we integrate with their existing 365 email accounts meaning they can log-on with existing accounts and do not need to remember multiple email and password log-ins ”
