Fatima Raike – Software Engineer
Ellie Mae Sutton – Operations Coordinator
Each of them brings fantastic skills and experience that will help us continue delivering the best service to our customers. They’ve already hit the ground running, and we can’t wait to see what they achieve.
Looking Back at 2024
Last year was a big one for us. Here are just a few of the highlights:
Business Growth – We saw a 50% increase in revenue and welcomed many new customers.
Customer Retention – 95% of our customers chose to stay with us, which speaks volumes about the trust they place in our services.
Platform Revamp – With the help of Dr. David McKee, Sian Purver, and Andrea Taylor, we rebuilt our digital platform from the ground up, making it even better for our users.
On-the-Ground Support – Our team visited over 150 client sites across the UK, showing our commitment to being there when needed.
International Reach – We took our first steps into the US market and explored how we can support customers in Europe.
What’s Next for 2025?
This year, we’re going even bigger. Here’s what’s in store:
Cyber Audits – Cyber threats are on the rise, so we’re stepping up our support to help customers strengthen their online security.
Team Expansion – Led by Chloe Rhodes, our national compliance team is growing, meaning we can support even more businesses across the UK (and maybe beyond!).
Platform Upgrades – After last year’s rebuild, we’re adding new features, making it even easier for businesses to manage safety and compliance.
